This Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between
Geoptechdev Blockchain Institute ("Institute") and the applicant
identified below ("Student"), effective on the date of digital acceptance recorded herein.
Section 1 — Enrollment & Fees
The Student is enrolling in: .
Course fees are due in full at the time of enrollment and are non-negotiable.
All fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal reasons, change of mind, or failure to attend.
Fees cannot be transferred to another individual or deferred to a future batch without written approval from the Institute.
Section 2 — No Refund Policy
Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason whatsoever.
This policy applies regardless of attendance, course completion, or technical issues on the Student's end.
In the unlikely event the Institute cancels a programme, the Student will receive full credit toward an alternate batch — no cash refund.
Section 3 — Student Obligations
The Student agrees to attend live sessions regularly and maintain a minimum of 75% attendance.
Assignments and assessments must be submitted within stipulated deadlines.
The Student agrees to maintain respectful conduct during all interactions with faculty and peers.
Access credentials and course materials are for personal use only and must not be shared.
Section 4 — Data & Privacy Consent
The Student consents to collection and processing of personal data (name, mobile, email) for enrollment, communication, and academic purposes.
The Institute will not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
Digital acceptance of this Agreement is legally binding and recorded with exact timestamp, IP address, and device information.
Section 5 — General Terms
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to jurisdiction in the Institute's registered city.
The Institute reserves the right to modify course schedules, faculty, and curriculum without prior notice.
Enrollment does not guarantee a certificate; issuance is subject to meeting all academic requirements.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties regarding the enrollment.
